Nevermind I managed to connect but now I'm wondering whether it is possible to open the FSFO window within fs2004

Slash,
I choose not to make this a gauge within the fs environment. I considered it for v2 but nearly 98% of the feedback was that most people would just "undock" it anyway. Thus, it wasn't really worth the time. I hope this doesn't mean you can't use it...

I'm having the same problem. I cannot get FSFO to recognize fsx is open. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

mil, make sure you have fsuipc installed on your machine. Don't worry, it's a free utility used by vast amount of FS add-ons. You can pick it up here: www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmlAlso, to connect, you have to enter a valid from and to departure airport...take a look at page 2 and 3 of the manual...hope this helps. This won't be a requirement in V2.
