What do you want added to FSFO V2?

Great work, thanks. I suppose the most obvious new feature idea is flight attendant messages related to each flight phase.

Ship it out to the masses with default aircraft Checklist/TOLD?
User of RC4, while a good program I hear it's no longer supported. Anyway for FSFO to take control over some of the aircraft controls or at least handle the radios?

How about be able to change the "transition altitude" I know that this value changes depending of where you fly, it would be nice to be able to manually change it to the area you are in. Unless I misted it in the options

When creating checklists, sometimes I felt the need to have a further interaction option, something like "wait for <ctrl>", without timeouts or FSX check. By the way.. A custom key instead of <ctrl> wouldn't be bad at all

When you choose set autobrakes, it seems the brakes are off after the landing only when the speed is 0. He would be nice to apply autobrakes until reaching 15 knt and after that saying "speed controlled" and reseting autobrakes to 0. it allows to continue to vacated the runway quicker.

First of all thanks to all involved for a brillant piece of freeware! Most useful. I am just starting to get the hang of it.
Since I'm a newbie let me introduce myself. I like to call myself a financially grounded aviator. Even if I had the money to fly I would have to jump through a lot of hoops to pass my medical since I had a heart attack 12 years ago. I still love to fly even if it's virtual. Only a low and slow SEL endorsement with time in the usual Cessnas and Pipers but more enjoyable time in Citabrias, Decathlons, and Grumman Tigers. A good bit of time in helos as a photographer but never any stick time.
Good suggestions especially for "pause" feature.
A cursory glance seems to suggest FSFO is primarily for jet tubeliners. I fly a lot of old crates such as the DC-3, Twin Otter, PC-6, and the Beech 18 so I could use a little help in the cockpit too. Therefore my suggestions come from a different point of view so use them as you see fit.
I always miss a "Run-Up" category. This is very important for piston a/c.
Also "Climb" and "Cruise" would be helpful as these are always configuration changes. I would think these useful in jets too.
With the pause feature enabled the "Descent" items could be added to the "Approach" chklist.
I fly a lot of tailwheel a/c so "Locked" and "Unlocked" would be useful responses not only for tailwheels but other items such as doors as well.
In these high horsepower piston engined planes we are adjusting cowl flaps throughout the various phases of flight to keep the cylinder head temps at optimum or at least to keep the engines from catching fire. "Open" "Closed" and I guess "Partial" or "Half" should cover it.
I trained in the US so the "Free and Clear" call may be nation specific. We were taught "Free and Correct" because a/c recently returned to service have been known to have ailerons and/or elevators improperly rigged. If you turn the yoke left or right, your thumbs should point to the "up" aileron.
"Rich" or "Full Rich" for mixture might be a good call since you already have "Cut Off".
"Computed" seems like an all purpose useful response also, especially on jets.
Oh and one last thing... the next time you update, please correct the spelling of "stearing". It is correct on "nose steering".
I have a little bit of audio experience (mostly music) but if I could help with recordings or editing, please PM me.
Best Regards, Slim

Thank you for all the suggestions! I will try to incorporate them into feature updates; 2.1 will be released to correct bugs. Starting with 2.2 we'll add some of these suggestions.
Slim,
I may take you up on your offer. In the interim, if you wanted to record a new voice set for your own use, you can use the Voices.xlsx document located in the */Sounds directory. It's important that you name the files according to the spreadsheet; they must be .wav extensions. If you add additional sounds, please add them to the SoundRec.cfg file located in the */Sounds directory. The data construct consist of the following:
fo=Rudder Trim,247,N
fo First Officer / pf=pilot Rudder Trim= Checklist Nomenclature 247= .Wav file name N= None interactive call; all additional .wav files will contain an N
Use this exact structure; including = and ,
Let me know if you decide to do this; I'll add your voice pack to future releases.

In-regards to aircraft profiles, you can make your own via Options > Open > Aircraft Profiles. Checklist can be constructed via Options > Open > Checklist Profiles. If you do construct your own checklist, please upload them here so others can use them. In all honesty, I have no desire to fabricate profiles/checklists for aircraft I do not own, which is why I coded the GUIs...

I'm only just getting to know my way around this amazing utility. I tried creating a new test profile (for a new aircraft). It all seems to work roughly as advertised (I think!!) - but it's a fairly painstaking process.
My suggestion is to create a PROFILES area/topic here for user uploaded profiles - keeping discussion to a minimum by just posting details of the model/aircraft and a download link (DropBox or whatever).
Adam.

good day! I tried your software and left me impressed. It was what I was looking for my fsx.
I want to make a suggestion. It would be good, if it was a control to select another phase of the checklist as there is a control button to switch between items in the checklist.
thanks for your attention

Hi! The application is great! Reminds me of the old 3rd hand gauge, back in FS9. But would it be great if there was an aircraft cfg file for all the default fsx aircraft? I like the default B738 and A320. But to input the numbers in a flash is quite time consuming when you are in a hurry to get airborne. All in all, it a fantastic add-on that will put Eric in LVLD to shame...
