I don't have P3D installed anymore and will be removing Pro from the sales; it's very old now and I'd have to rewrite to meet my new standards.

There just isn’t a P3D market to justify spending hundred of hours to update FSFO Pro to next level; plus, most of the bugs on Pro were ironed-out years ago….it’s a stable product. What I can do is make some changes and ask you to test them. What problem are you having with the center tanks?

What problem are you having with the center tanks? the only problem i have is with the 747 which does not close the tanks as it should if i don't do it manually it does not close them and i run out of kero there is just that as a problem.
in principle it seems to me that if there are 500 LB left the spillway must be closed by the co-pilot outside it does not close anything I have tested and the engines have stopped no more fuel

I just had a look. If the center tank is below 1100 lbs, the Copilot left clicks Center[0] and Center [1] pumps, which should turn them off. Are you seeing this happen? Are you saying that's just not correct? Is he clicking the wrong pumps? I'm just not sure what's happening; I remember using this 5'ish years ago and recalled it worked fine for me.

When I prepare my flight is that I put the fuel and of course the outside tank no it has nothing close I will make a flight and take a video

Ahhh...we're talking about pre flight, not in the air. Ok, if you make the video, I'll fix it.

if you could make sure that the co-pilot detects that it is engine 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 arrived at 200Kg it cuts out

I am still confused with your actual issue. Are you saying that FSFO doesn't turn off the center fuel pumps when the fuel falls below 1,000 lbs? If that's the case, do you have mng ctr tanks checked? What's the breakdown you mentioned if the center tanks are not turned off? Again, doesn't PMDG have an option to automate the fuel pumps?

hello and yes I confirm that FSFO does not turn off the central fuel pumps MAIN 2 MAIN3 or MAIN 1 MAIN 4 when the fuel drops below 1,000 pounds I did a test again this morning.
and no pmdg does not close any of the pumps it is up to me pilot to do it out when they have done a long haul nothing closes at all I am only having a problem with the software and I fly a lot with the 747-400/ 800

I see the issue; FSFO only manages the center tanks, not the Main tanks. So, it should be shutting off the L and R center tank, as the option specifies. That's why I was getting confused as you posted this under the PMDG Problem thread; the program works as specified: "Copilot will turn off the center tank fuel pumps when the fuel level is above/below 1,000 lbs." To that point, this would be a new feature to have FSFO manage all the fuel pumps (e.g. main tanks 1 thru 4). The request will have to prioritized with other competing demands. I'm just not sure I can find the time to get this feature added. I will do my best this weekend; however, it will NOT be tested nor released via installer. I would just give you to the .exe file to overwrite the current .exe file. If I can't find the time over the next week, it's probably not going to happen.
