Hello, thank you for this amazing product ! One little peeve I have is when clicking on FSFO , lets say to select a checklist like preflight, my fs sound disappears momentarily , as it would if im clicking on any external program. Is there any way to Not loose fs sound while im "using" fsfo . I know its only temp. , but I wish it would not do this. This may not be a FSFO problem but im not sure how to remedy this, if possible.
Thanx again for this little work of awesome!

Hi SkeeterCrane
I don't think this product or forum is supported any more as Matthew King doesn't seem to answer any queries any more. Having said that I use a product called Flight1 SoundStream. It is a payware piece of software and sells for $US14.95 but I use it all the time. It allows you to hear all the sound coming from FSX even when another application has the focus. This allows me to be doing something on another application but I will still hear all first officer calls, ATC etc even when FSX is minimised. I also use FSFO and I think you should consider this. There may well be free equivalents around but this is what I use. It is of course a product of Flight1 and if you google it you will go to their website. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Hey guys, still around! Although, I'm directing most of my energy towards FSFO Lite, which is a more advanced version (payware) of FSFO. Ivanrk answered the question perfectly; there's also WideFS, which allows you to run any FSUIPC on a separate computer. Let me know if you need any more help, Skeeter....

Hello Mathew Can you please advise if I can open fsfo from the cockpit itself instead of going out of the sim Also from some reason I can’t save any aircraft in fsfo it is popping up a message saying cfg denied Hope you get this message Thanks Dan idankarmeli@yahoo.com

Dan,
FSFO can not be accessed via the cockpit; FSFO Lite has key commands that can initiate checklist, etc. FSFO v2.3 has an 'auto' option that I hope will prevent you from interacting with the GUI too much. Concerning your 2d question, please ensure you run FSFO in admin mode; that should solve that problem. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
