I get this error every time connect to the flightsimulator.
I have tried changing FSFO Professional V2 to run as administrator but this did not help.
I am on Windows 10 and have no other sound issues. The flightsimulator is P3DV5.
I am able to click ignore and continue using FSFO.

What error are you getting? Can you post it here? Do you have FSUIPC installed?

Sorry! I thought I had pasted a screenshot in the message, but I can see that it did not work... Hope this link works: ibb.co/R6Y7vpFIf not, the text is "WaveOutEvent device was not closed at NAudio.Wave.WaveOutEvent.Finalize()" Meanwhile I discovered that PACX gives an error related to speech recognition. So it is not entirely true when I said have no errors at all related to sound. As far as I recall I have never tried to set speech recognition up on this PC.

Changing the Windows display language to English (US) fixed the problem with PACX. Unfortunately it has not fixed the problem with FSFO Professional V2.
Above message still appears about 5 seconds after I click Connect.

Gentlemen,
Please ensure your sound output is configured correctly. Go to CFG > Sound Config and select the appropriate sound output device; the error results from FSFO not finding an output device. Try 0 or 1.
