FO not fully powering up APU

So I am trying to use FS FO 2 using the NGXU, and I have enabled the data broadcast option in the ini file.

You're spot on, sir! This is due to changes in how the GPU is accessed via the FMS. I'll get an update in the next 2-weeks to fix this error.
