RAAS Feature - not working for me

Hi,

I activated the RAAS announcements and so far I heard only "On Taxiway! On Taxiway!", with the exception of maybe two correct runway announcements in about 30 flights.

I have done the 10min runway update multiple times, but it did not help. I am using 3rd party airports only (in community folder, so not encrypted).

Anything I might do wrong?

I have purchased RAAS Professional in the meantime, no need for any further troubleshooting required here. Nevertheless many thanks.
