First officer for Fenix a320 not responding

Just got myself the fo next for the Fenix. I’ve been struggling for hours now to get it working.
The main reason to get myself this app is the voice control after takeoff and just before landing.
after takeoff is simply want to “gear up”. Nothing happens although the windows voice recognizes “gear up”.
if the voice does not work its useless for me. What can be wrong?

also I get no v1/rotate cals during takeoff, is this another problem?

Can you please send me a support package via FSFO > ... > Support > Create Spt Pkg. Make sure the FENIX is loaded when creating the support package. Also, for the speed calls, are you entering the values into the FSFO Perf screen? FSFO cannot read the data from the Fenix MCDU. Finally, if you're using FSUIPC7 v7.3.17, please have a look at the top of this page.

It happens exactly the same to me:
No v1/rotate cals during takeoff
Not recognition of gear up voice

Same here, Some functions randomly don't work. Programming the MCDU INIT-B and PERF pages never worked for me. Fenix informed me, that their Fenix A320 is not fully compatible with FSUIPC. All in all, it's very disappointing to run into these anomalies. I wonder if Matt won't program FSFO without FSUIPC bein necessary. So many other apps can do this, e,g, FSI Panel, so why not FSFO?

Same problem for me with the MCDU INIT-B , PERF pages never worked. Example , always put numbers without comma in ZFW/ZFWCG who finished in a default input.

Drastically uninstalling (via ControlPanel/Programs and features) all relevant applications, i.e. Fenix A320, FSUIPC and FSFO Next and after that reinstalling these three applications so far worked for me. Don't forget to enter all necessary data (a.o SimBrief and NavData) for all three again.
