Hi, i am a new user to this program but really liking its features so far. I have a couple of questions, as not sure if there is an issue or user problem. I am using the PMDG 737-600 and 700 using the full FSFO licence.
1. I am not using simbrief so do I always need to input the V1 and V2 speeds for every flight or is there a way to retain them for each aircraft type?
2. I started a new flight and was using the autoflows - went through the "before Start flow" and then "Before Start checklist" but it got stuck at CDU Preflight and would not complete?
3. I then went through the "Start Engines" flow to completion and got the engines started, but when I went to GSX to request pushback, GSX would not start as it said "it could not start" until the engines were running error?

Hi, A bit more info on Point 2. as I am still getting stuck in this flow. I have to abort this flow to get to "Start Engines" flow.
The CDU Preflight got stuck again and it showed a message "MSG CLR" and a Dispatch notice of "SIMBRF FLT PLAN NOT AVAILABLE".
I checked the options and have PGRM FMC DURING PREFLT disabled, which is what the instructions say if not using simbrief.
As for point 3. I think I need to do pushback before starting engines? I was starting engines at the gate and then could not request ground services.
It may be useful in the message box to add advisory notes, such as when to detach jetway/stairs or when to request pushback, so these items are logged in the process flow?

Hey!
First, I strongly recommend joining our discord family as these questions could be easily answered by our awesome users.
1. No, FSFO can read your vspeeds directly from the FMC during the Before Start Flow 2. FSFO won't proceed until the FMC preflight is completed; make sure all data has been entered into the FMC, including departure and arrival runways, Vspeeds, etc...
BTW, if you have GSX interaction ON and have include jetway on, FSFO will detach your jetway after the PreFlight Flow for you.
